Haha, I actually mean this in several ways.  You see we are always saying, ” I want, but____” followed by some lame excuse as to why we can’t have it.  This is true for our business life and our personal lives and it certainly applies when we are talking about getting our bodies back into shape, “I want a hot body BUT_______ ” and then you watch your butt grow bigger and bigger!

I think our bodies are a clear manifestation of the balance we have or don’t have in our lives.  When we take time to honor ourselves, take time to exercise, nutrition and sleep then our bodies look and feel great. When we are out of balance it shows up as fatigue, poor health and weight gain.
