This is a hot topic. I see so many people so obsessed with lead generation online that they are missing that the point of this entire business in the first place!  It’s all INSANITY!  At the end of the day network marketers get paid for signing up customers and distributors and teaching them how to go do the same thing. Period.  So here’s what you need to do…

This business is NOT complicated and we can’t complicate it with crazy internet tactics that can’t be duplicated!!!   We have to use the Internet as the powerful tool it is but  keep this SIMPLE so our teams can grow.  I am going back to the basics and reminding everyone that if you  aren’t generating leads online you DARN WELL better be picking up the phone and connecting with someone or your business will not grow!!! Don’t forget to do what is PROVEN to work in this business.

Take home point…if you are not CONNECTING with new people daily and inviting them to look at your business and following up with them your business will not grow.  The average person will never be a successful online guru and therefor has to be taught how to keep this simple and yet effective.

If you want to see your team grow you must KEEP THIS BUSINESS SIMPLE!!!!!….even online

You know I was slapped on YouTube awhile back for no reason what so ever and I have never really recreated what I had done with my previous channel in terms of keyword targeting, ranking on Google, getting tons of views and subscribers…My energy just went on other things.  I did however, completely forget about a weight loss channel I started over 1.5 years ago that has generated over 350,000 views to 10 totally lame videos with some simple keyword targeting… see what I mean in this video… lol

Haha, I actually mean this in several ways.  You see we are always saying, ” I want, but____” followed by some lame excuse as to why we can’t have it.  This is true for our business life and our personal lives and it certainly applies when we are talking about getting our bodies back into shape, “I want a hot body BUT_______ ” and then you watch your butt grow bigger and bigger!

I think our bodies are a clear manifestation of the balance we have or don’t have in our lives.  When we take time to honor ourselves, take time to exercise, nutrition and sleep then our bodies look and feel great. When we are out of balance it shows up as fatigue, poor health and weight gain.

We all have our priorities in our life and one of my highest priorities is staying in shape and being healthy.  When I don’t honor this need I tend to get really out of balance, crabby and sometimes feel downright frustrated with myself.  Unfortunately I have been doing this a lot lately by choosing Internet over working out and I have been eating tons of junk food just out of pure stress….BLAH!!!

So I was sitting at my computer the other day eating chips (gross) ….

….and I realized it was 11pm and I didn’t work out again! How did this happen? Another day is gone and not only did I consume a ton of unnecessary calories but I also didn’t even move my butt to go exercise….yikes!  No wonder I am getting “Internet marketing butt!!!”

I don’t care how much success I have in my business…if my body is out of balance then all that success if for nothing.  I am finally getting my priorities back on track and I am taking care of me.  I am dedicating the next 4 weeks to creating total balance in this area of my life.  Yes, that means I will be on the computer less and spending more time on me :

I am getting back on track by creating the “30 CHALLENGE TO BALANCE” and I will document my progress in a video at the end of each week and let you know how things are coming along.  I will be following a clear cut workout plan and nutrition plan for the entire 30 days to create the new habit and will then carry my new habit into my daily life for the rest of my life.

We have to change our lifestyle to get results….not just a temporary fix. Our bodies need great nutrition and exercise each day and it’s the little things each day that have a compound effect on our bodies over time.

Seriously who cares about success in money if you don’t have the energy to enjoy it and if you don’t feel great in your own skin?!  I have concluded there is no need to sacrifice your body to create the life of your dreams…you can have it all!!!!!

Imagine having a body you love….

Imagine getting dressed in your favorite jeans and they fit just right..

Imagine looking in the mirror and saying, “damn I look good”

Imagine other people asking you, “What have you been doing? You look great!”

Imagine having energy the minute you wake up until the minute you go to bed…

Imagine resting peacefully each night and waking up rested…

Imagine having the energy to exercise each and every day…

You can have this, we can all have this….it comes down to choice. What are we choosing each and every day…

1.    Delegate - One of the key ideas from this network marketing training is that you should learn how to let go of the minute tasks which you can actually let someone else perform for you. Analyze the tasks on hand ask yourself, “Is this an income producing activity?” Be ruthless of your time and delegate busy work to an assistant. Create a how to guide to help your assistant know what to do. Send a campaign schedule to your assistant so you can keep them accountable for doing the tasks.

2.    System Equals Money – This network marketing training also highlighted that the key to maximize your time is by employing an efficient system where all your activities are grouped together accordingly. Cluster your activities because switching gears take time and energy. Group your tasks and stick with them. For example is the time when you make your calls. Block time to do this and do it consistently, COMMIT and FOLLOW THROUGH until you get it completed. Set your activities, schedule it and do it. Challenge yourself to get everything done.

3.    Manage Time Efficiently – Managing time efficiently has always been a matter of debate on how you can really possibly do it. Being experienced on your career can easily flood you with all those tasks your mind can let you decide to do. But you can manage all those tasks easily if you know how lend yourself help. This is by putting yourself into autopilot. Do it yourself first and make it sure it works and then outsource.

Look at your business and find means on how you can do business automatically. Put an FAQ page on your website so you don’t spend time answering the same questions over and over again. Pick up the phone and call your leads. Leave a message and let them call you back.

4.    Create a Campaign Schedule – This network marketing training highlights the need to create a campaign schedule. This involves making a systematic line up of activities in advance which will lead you to your goals without burning your head because of stress.

•    Create your videos one month prior
•    Create your inspirational quotes two weeks prior
•    Create your tips one month prior

No matter what sample you use, you can even create your own, the important thing is to stick with it. Make one which you will find the easiest to understand, doesn’t take time to do or list, and one which you will be most comfortable with.
