By now you have most likely realized that to achieve great things it takes daily, consistent action. It’s the consistent action that adds up to huge results. The same it true for your videos. In my opinion video is the single most powerful way to communicate, connect, build relationships and trust with people in social media.
I attribute my success in social media to the fact that I integrate video into everything I do. Every single person who has come into my primary business had already watched one, two, or three of my videos and they already had that trust and relationship with me without me even talking to them 1 on 1. Video is powerful when done right.
I was not always good at video. In fact I was terrified to make my first video and re recorded it 15 times before posting it to YouTube!!! Haha, talk about being a scardy cat! I was so afraid of what others thought of me and I didn’t want to be rejected. To my surprise nothing terrible happened when I posted my first video. In fact, I started generating leads and having people calling me! All the way to today, several years later when I am still making videos.
Something amazing happened when I started making videos. Suddenly I had a platform to express myself, share ideas and INSPIRE other people. I started looking forward to my next video as the opportunity to make a difference for others. Suddenly it wasn’t even about me anymore. It was about the message and the chance to move others into action.
My confidence increased, my ability to communicate my ideas powerfully improved, and my leadership abilities overall went to a new level all because of video.
Who you are BEING in the world will come across in your videos and who you are being as a lot to do with how successful your videos are. Ask yourself if you would work with you. If not then get plugged into personal development and elevate your level of being.
I see so many people procrastination on making their videos because of fear. This is why I put together the 90 day video challenge on Facebook. This is a place you can start posting your videos and getting psotive feedback and ideas. Most importantly the challenge get you into action!

—Set a goal to make a video each day or 3x a week or even 1x per week, but stick to whatever goal you set
—Know your target market. As a network marketer you target market is other network marketers so you know their pain, frustration, biggest fears and biggest desires. Speak to their needs and wants and desires.
—Create short 1-4 minute videos that bring pure value to people. Create videos that inspire people and move them to take action in their life and business.
—Post your videos to YouTube and then upload to your FB page and add the link on the wall in the 90 challenge group.
—You should also post your video to your own Fan Page or any groups you have created to give you more exposure
—Each video you make acknowledge yourself for putting yourself out there and also think of one way you can make your video even better next time
—When you join the 90 day video challenge group you will receive “Video Tips of the Day” to your inbox to help you identify how you can improve your videos.
—Lastly, watch for a transformation in the way you view yourself and how you see yourself as a leader. You will start to see your leadership abilities, your communication skills and your presentation skills improve the more video you make.
