I have partnered with some of the top marketers online and offline and I feel blessed every day to be working with the team I am on. By leveraging the power of the Internet I have been able to sponsor many people into my business and have become a top recruiter but at the end of the day “numbers” don’t mean anything.
In network marketing it really comes down to WHO have you sponsored…not HOW MANY people have you sponsored. You can recruit until you are blue in the face but if you aren’t recruiting true leaders your team will never grow. In all honestly I would take 5 strong leaders over 50 “half hearted” network marketers. It takes true persistence, drive and self determination to stay in this game and not everyone is cut out for it…
At this point I only want to find and attract TRUE LEADERS on my team because me and the top leaders I work hand in hand with don’t have the time or energy to put on people who aren’t DEADLY SERIOUS about creating success.
